Build 2002-01-15-12-trunk

Overview: Not visible text field, push buttons on Password dialog - only text is
shown

Steps to reproduce: Launch Mail, try reading messages - get Password dialog,
where focus is located on expected place where usually was the text field - but
now you can not see it.

Actual Results: Neither OK, Cancel button. Only labels.

Expected Results: all controls are visible on the screen.

Additional Information: Classic theme on Mac OSX.

there's a lot in this patch, but it's all good ;)

- fixing the drawing problems by setting the port before drawing- adding tab
and listbox support

needing r/sr/a. this needs to be in 098

fret ;)
