From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win 9x 4.90; en-US; rv:0.9.7+) Gecko/20020111
BuildID: 2002011103
The page is a DHTML page with what appears to be a few IFRAMES, menus, etc... On
loading, the background round the outside of the page is corrupted with either
parts of Mozilla's user interface or what looks like random memory writes,
especially if you scroll. If you switch tabs then switch back the background
takes on what was on the previous tab.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.amena.com/
2. Watch the page load. Should see corruption. If you don't, scroll up and down
with e.g. the mouse wheel.
3. Open a new tab, go to http://www.bbc.co.uk/
4. Watch the page load.
5. Switch back.
6. The background takes on what was on the BBC page.
Actual Results: Corrupted background.
Expected Results: The background should be white.

using the build from 20020118 on win98, I cannot repro this bug. Both pages
render just fine regardless how fast I toggle or whether I browse within each
site. Need to verify wfm on WinME

I've downloaded 2002011803 and it always works perfectly, but it's always
reproducable on my system on 2002011103.
