Platform: OS X and OS 9
Expected Results: Complete rendering of icon should appear in URL field.
What I got: Fav icon appears with horizontal bands or gaps

Steps to reproduce: 

1) Go to cnn.com, msn.com , yahoo.com , or altavista.com
2) Fav icon that appears is banded
3) However, if you go to mozilla.org, the mozilla fav icon appears correctly.Not
sure why that is ?
