[AriesKK v2.5][Download Manager] Delete a downloaded file, the black and blank view is shown.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
Precondition:Downloads view in Settings is opened in the background.
1.Connect network and download a file from internet.
2.Enter downloads in Settings.
3.Delete the downloaded file (such as a JPEG format picture).

[3.Expected Result]: 
3.The prompt message should pop up and user can delete the downloaded file.

[4.Actual Result]: 
3.The prompt message is not shown but the  black and blank view is displayed.

Flame 2.5 is also affected. Upping the memory reproduces the issue.

Unable to find a regression window due to another bug had been existing from around 7/13 to 8/30 - the 'delete' button in Download Manager doesn't work, hence blocking us from finding a regression window for this issue.

Gerry I'm using the dogfood-latest channel and I'm unable to reproduce this. I see this was on September 6th. Could you or Lancy try this again with the latest and see if it's still happening?

This issue can be reproduced on latest AriesKK v2.5 build by the same STR in comment 0.
Actual Result:Delete a downloaded file, the black and blank view is shown.

Attachment: steps to reproduce

I updated to today's dogfood-latest OTA update. I was only able to reproduce this by:

 1. Downloading a file
 2. Delete the file
 3. (Do NOT close/kill the settings app)
 4. Download another file (same file or different)
 5. Delete the file
 6. See blank dialog

If I however close/kill the settings app (step 3), it will not show a blank dialog. I suspect some funky state/artifact being left behind.
