Dragging Bookmarks into Sidebar does NOT reliably drop bookmark into correct
location.

Sometimes the BM is placed onew BM too high, sometimes it's placed one BM too
low - relative to where the mouse pointer is when released.

This makes placing BM's where one wants them a game of chance and is frustrating.

I also see that but I can't find a good way to reproduce 100%.
BTW, closing and reopening the folder where the bookmark is shows it in the good
position.

Actually, bug 114606 comment #8 paragraph 2 describes this bug better ;)

If that comment is considered part of that bug's problem, then I concur with
duping this bug.
