STR:
1. Open a private window
2. Enter any URL which exist icons
3. Check site icon on URL bar 
4. Try to pin site via tap the mask icon 
 
Expected result:
1. In step 3, site icon shows on URL bar 
2. In step 4, pin site badge shows and able to pin the site

Actual result:
1. In step 3, mask icon shows on URL bar
2. In step 4, no pin site badge shows

Hot off the press, the private browsing icon is going away so we can enable pinning sites here instead https://mozilla.app.box.com/s/tgrr1u4o2711h6tfhkdpylopjb2vkp72

It may be replaced by a private browsing icon in the status bar, but that's still being discussed.

Already blocking the feature bug.

Since there is a workaround here for pinning the site (through the context menu), and since the pin site feature is going to be removed from the doorhanger imminently, we are not going to block the release on this on.
