I'm having trouble getting the SSH access to work. I can log into login.mozilla.org using my e-mail address and see my SSH public key just fine (I even exchanged it for a new one yesterday), but when I try SSH-ing to hg.mozilla.org, I get a "Permission denied (publickey)." error.

I've temporarily added the same key pair to my Github account and authentication there works, so I'm a bit stuck why it doesn't work for hg.mozilla.org

Account didn't actually have scm level 1 granted. Fixed that. Try again?

So far unfortunately no luck, I'm still getting the "Permission denied" error.

It appears our hg system will not use email addresses with + symbols in them (since they end up as UNIX account names, where + symbols aren't valid). It's possible in the future the system can be redone to decouple the email address being used as an hg username with the UNIX uid but unlikely to happen in the near future.

The fastest way to get your account functioning will be to recreate it using a username without a + symbol in it.

Could we use [e-mail] or do you have another preference?

I've filed a bug about getting the issue fixed but it's apparently not likely any time soon.

Created new account as [e-mail], emailed password out, added ssh key from old account, enabled hg, added scm_level_1.

I'll get the old account removed shortly. Sorry about the problems.
