See attached animated picture, I've had this for some time now.
I am using the latest nightly on a Macbook pro Retina Mid 2014 / OS X 10.10.5.
I tried switching to a new profile but I still get the problem.
Disabling HW accel seems to solve the issue.

[Tracking Requested - why for this release]: Correctness regression
I noticed this on Facebook as well. Here's the STR:
1) Click on a photo on the timeline, have the photo viewing overlay appear.
2) Dismiss the photo overlay
I get a few frames of the contents being stretched before it fixes itself.

YES! I have the exact same bug on Facebook, glad to see I'm not alone.

I can't reproduce this in today' night FWIW. I know there's APZ changes happening with fixed position background/layers which I suspect could be related to this.
Can you reproduce this with the latest nightly?
