Hi

Please review and integrate the changes to the toolbar.

Overview of changes:
When toolbar 3.2.11 version was AMO reviewed, the reviewer called out that nsIYahooInjectoManager.js seemed problematic so we have removed all the instances of it, in this 3.2.12 version.
