After trying to open Preferences, I can close Mozilla, but cannot unload it. So,
it unloads only with Ctrl+Alt+Del - Terminate.

this belongs in prefs, not xp apps.
side note: cannot bring up prefs on mac os x/modern theme, bug 120156.
