From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:0.9.7) Gecko/20011226
BuildID: 2001122617

On the site <http://www.goteborg.se/> some links are not clickable.

In the left column there are a number of links, but only one is clickable. It
should be noted that the link that works has an ordinary, absolute HREF, whereas
the problematic links are relative, and they have this general form:
"tjanster»medborgarkontor?OpenDocument". I'm wondering if the cause is the
unusual "»" character (0xBB).

The page has a number of validation problems, but the W3C validator does not
complain about the links.

The same page works in Netscape 6.2.1.

Reproducible: Always
I don't have this problem under WindowsXP and BuildID: 2002011604.
I indeed see the problem in 0.9.7 (only "Konsument" active), but everything
works fine in 2002011608/Linux. Reporter: Seems that the bug has been solved in
the meantime, so I propose changing the state to FIXED (or WFM or whatever is
appropriate).
Fixed in nightly builds, see
