Build: 2002011503 win32 In both modes, there is a small region to the right of the scrollbar that passes doubleclicks to the folderpane rather than to the seperator. Reproduction: Double-click the vertical seperator near the scrollbar (you will have the std pointer rather than the right-left arrow) Result: Folder whose region you double-clicked in opens in new window. Expected: Nothing should happen.

Found it by accident when my mouse slipped while clicking in the slider track.
