User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.2; WOW64; rv:15.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/15.0.1 Build ID: 20120905151427 Steps to reproduce: Nothing: this appears to be the result of a Thunderbird auto-update. Actual results: Thunderbird auto-updated from 38.1 to 38.2 (incidentally, I believe I had Options/Advanced/Updates set to let me choose when to install them) and appropriately entered itself as a programs in my Windows 8.1 Control Panel/Programs list, BUT WITHOUT DELETING the separate prior Thunderbird 38.1 item from the same list--Note: there does NOT appear to be a second Thunderbird Program installed on my PC as indicated by there being only one Thunderbird Folder in my D drive programs folder. Expected results: At minimum: during auto update Thunderbird should have deleted the prior 38.1 Win 8.1 Control Panel Program list entry (and if I had 38.1 Options/Advanced set-up as I recall I did, 38.1 should not have auto-installed 38.2 in the first place).
