Steps to reproduce:

1. https://support.allizom.org/en-US/products/firefox/chat-and-share
2. Select FireFox OS in the Products Pane
3. In the search bar type "bluetooth"
4. Messaging displaying "Found 8 results for bluetooth for Firefox OS" and lists 8 issues
5. Without changing the Text in Search bar, select "All Products "
6. Search results matching the key search word, should be displayed.


Actual results:

On executing # step 6, message "We couldn't find any results for bluetooth in English. Maybe one of these articles will be helpful? "
is displayed, which gives a perception that none of the products containing any information related to the key word in search bar


Expected results:

The search results matching the text searched should be returned and each search result should differentiate the product category in which the results are found..

For example, If the search text matches any info in FireFox, the product name Firefox should be mentioned in the list item containing the information.

This sounds like you're running into the issue in bug 1189361 that "All products" doesn't work in some cases, especially after searching from a product page. Does that match what you're seeing?
