Seen after uplifting bug 1194488 to beta.

e.g. https://treeherder.mozilla.org/logviewer.html#?job_id=504660&repo=mozilla-beta

This assertion is bogus, the failing call stack is actually on the correct thread. mWorkerId must be wrong or something.
mWorkerId is -1
This test is kinda goofy in that, since it is e10s specific, it force-opens e10s windows to run even on beta, where e10s is off by default. I suggest that we disable this test in 41 beta if this is basically permafail.
I'd like to land this directly to beta so that this e10s-specific test isn't crying wolf. We're not seeing these failures on central & aurora.

Skip test on non-e10s builds (for beta)

seems reasonable. we might be missing some code in 41 that's breaking things here.
