Eventually we should use alwaysLowered window instead of iframe to host our MozAPI shims, so that we should not create new iframe for every view user navigates to.

Although alwaysLowered window has some known performance issues, it seems to be significantly improved recently (see bug 1192193). So we should measure and compare iframe with alwaysLowered window.

It's also not an easy task to adapt our integration tests for alwaysLowered window, but still doable.
