http://lxr.mozilla.org/seamonkey/source/xpfe/components/prefwindow/resources/locale/en-US/win/platformPrefOverlay.dtd currently only contains: winhooks.label "System" which is duplicated in: http://lxr.mozilla.org/seamonkey/source/xpfe/components/prefwindow/resources/locale/en-US/pref-winhooks.dtd so platformPrefOverlay.dtd should be killed! cvs remove -f

Looks like it's still used. Maybe Ben can chime in. Sounds like this bug is invalid.
