User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:40.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/40.0 Build ID: 20150826023504 Steps to reproduce: Loaded webpage with input boxes. Minimal webpage to reproduce issue attached. High contrast black is on as a system level setting. This is mandatory for me for accessibility reasons. Actual results: border-style: solid makes textbox unfindable. Attached Expected results: Image from IE attached showing a more sane border color

Joshua, thank you for reporting the problem. This should be fixed in Firefox 42; you can try a developer edition build to make sure it's fixed for you...

I tried to test out the fix and found the color settings editor was completely broken.

I can confirm nightly builds fix this, but there are other critical level bugs I'm about to file.
