Steps to reproduce:

1) Open the treeherder logviewer for a file with an error
    Example: https://treeherder.mozilla.org/logviewer.html#?job_id=13913540&repo=mozilla-inbound
2) Look for a big line


Actual results:

The page is not wrapping. The background colours are not in the whole line


Expected results:

The page should be wrapping the content

Actually, no we don't want the lines wrapped. Line preformatting was an intentional change in bug 1201235. I've opened a separate bug to render the underlying container if possible, it is now bug 1203716.
