12038 - URL not updated with Related Links or Navigation buttons

URL in location field doesn't get updated as different pages are loaded thru
clicking on Related Links or Navigation buttons (Back, Forward).

To see this:
1) Load a page in Apprunner and double click on What's Related.
2) Double click on any Related Links and repeat the procedure a few times.
3) Start clicking Back button from the last to the first page in cache.

==> As different pages are loaded, URL in location field isn't updated
    accordingly. Most of the time, it just displays the very first URL.

This is fixed in 10/27 builds. Marking works for me.
