Steps to reproduce:

this is a human fuzzing for first work between me and Mozilla, and next work maybe automatic fuzzing report and exploit report
this bug occurred with Stress testing program when browser in the tab creation loop
in addition i sent screenshot and dump files in attachment.


Actual results:

Mozilla crash with exception code 0x80000003 in 'mozglue.dll' version 40.0.3.5416 and not test on other version but more Possibility occured


Expected results:

I expected with this test program and see browser how to reaction
1. moderate and manage hardware resource and limitation manage reaction.
2. race-condition occurred or not.
3. etc.

Are you going to attach the testcase? There's not enough information here to reproduce or fix the crash.

Do you have either a crash report ID or have you attached to the crash in a debugger to get a backtrace? Based on the very limited data you've provided, this is likely an intentional abort, either an assertion failure or an infallible-malloc failure, and therefore likely not a security bug. But to be sure we need to see the details.

The reporter sent mail to the security alias saying "i send this email for notify". That might be a reference to the bug bounty requirements so I'll flag this one for consideration, but without more information (such as that described in comment 1) we can't award one.

While rebooting Windows 8.1 (64bit) , Firefox Gui closed and no crashreport was generated by crashreporter

just to mention newer requirements for Windows Vista and above while 
handling  WM_QUERYENDSESSION & WM_ENDSESSION (and WM_CLOSE) , and Bug 1270666 ( https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1270666 )
