Steps to reproduce:

I can't use the three button to in the top right corner of the main window.
I have this behavior since I switch to windows 10 and version beta 40 (the bug is still there in version 41


Actual results:

nothing is happening. Button mouse over/ click / double click are not working
in fact double click on these button act as a double click on the title bar
Thank you for filing this bug. Please use the xpi attached at bug 1188778 to fix the issue until it's fixed in the tree. 

If everything goes well this should be fixed in TB 42.
