Steps to reproduce:

Setup sync on mobile device as well as on PC.

once original sync is done add a bookmark to your PC bookmarks( not mobile bookmarks)

Then sync


Actual results:

Once sync is done on mobile device order of mobile bookmarks with have changed

Example

Before you will have A,B,C,D,E

once PC bookmark is changed or added and sync is done you have random order

C,D,A,B,E

To correct the order you need to goto your PC and select all bookmarks then goto mobile bookmark and simply make a small change such as rotating a bookmark


Expected results:

If no change was made to mobile bookmarks via PC then none should occur on the phone
