Details

Not sure if bug or feature, to be honest. But I think the behavior has changed. Feel free to close as INVALID if it's expected. STR: 1. Open Music, play a track 2. Go back to homescreen 3. Open Camera Actual: Music is paused Expected: Music is not paused. ni?ing aosmond for feedback. I think it's not a bug since it wouldn't want to record the audio from the phone during the video recording though.
Flags: needinfo?(aosmond)
I confirmed it used to play the music in 2.2 (unless you started recording) but on master the behaviour changed. tif: What are the UX expectations? Should it continue playing?

FWIW, on iOS, music playback stops as soon as you enter the "video" mode in the Camera app. If you open the Camera app to "photo" mode, music continues to play. I would be fine if either: a.) Stop music playback as soon as you enter Camera b.) Stop music playback while recording video
I agree with iOS and this matches a general principle we would like to establish. Music should pause when you enter into Video mode, i.e. when the audio channel is needed by something else. Thanks guys!
