Autocomplete suggestion popup for inputs in forms doesn't appear on DoubleClick/"Down" key/"Up" key if that input gained focus after closing another window

STR: (Win7_64, Nightly 43, 32bit, ID 20150913030204, new profile, safe mode) 0. Open attached page in normal (NOT private) window. 1. Enter "asdf1" as name and "asdf1" as password and submit form. Choose "Save password". 2. Press "Back" button to get back to the attached page. 3. Enter "asdf2" as name and "asdf2" as password and submit form. Choose "Save password". 4. Press "Back" button to get back to the attached page. 5. Click into "name" field so that it became focused 6. Press Ctrl+N / Ctrl+Shift+P to open new window [that window will get focus] 7. Press Ctrl+Shift+W to close window from the previous Step 8. Notice that "name" field is focused. Press "Down" key so that autocomplete list appeared 9. DoubleClick "name" field so that autocomplete list appeared Result: No visible changes. Expectations: Autocomplete popup with suggested ligins should appear. Workaround: Click outside the "name" field, then DoubleClick the "name" field
