Description:
Wrong behaviour of a "Play" button after returning a timer to the initial state.
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20150914045949
2) Open "Clock" app
3) Tap on "Timer" button
4) Set up 1 hour and 1 minute
5) Using two fingers scroll a timer to return it to the initial state (0 hours 0 minutes)
Actual:
"Play" buttons is not greyed out
Expected:
"Play" button should greyed out

This issue is reproducible on Flame 2.5 and Aries 2.5 as well as on Flame 2.2
Result: "Play" buttons is not greyed out
