Details

www.ruutu.fi has some tv-programs online. It uses still Flash. When
scrolling a page which has a video playing, the Flash area is scrolled jank-y and asynchronously from the other parts of the page.
(It is possible that most of ruutu.fi content is limited to Finland only)
