The Meetecho- and Janus-based WebRTC applications never enable screensharing by default: the feature is always under the complete control of the user, who can choose when to start, what to share (through the dialog exposed by the browser), and when to stop sharing.

The domains requested here were added to the screen sharing whitelist in the patch for Bug 1251301.  Check that bug for status on any uplift requests.
