Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:40.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/40.0 Build ID: 20150826185918 Steps to reproduce: 1. In a new compose window, type a word followed by a space. 2. Ctrl-A to select all the text, Ctrl-X to cut the text, then Ctrl-V to paste the text. 3. Your cursor should now be positioned at the end of the space at the end of the word. 4. Press backspace. Actual results: Instead of deleting the trailing space, the last letter of the word is deleted instead. If you then press the right arrow key, you will see that the space is still there. Deleting all the letters of the pasted word will result in a tiny cursor in the very top-left corner of the compose window. Expected results: I expected to delete the trailing space with the keypress in step 4. ** My System ** OS: Kubuntu 14.04 64-bit w/ KDE SC 4.13.3 PC: HP Pavilion m6-1035dx CPU/GPU: AMD A10-4600M APU with Radeon HD 7660G Graphics RAM: 6GB DDR3 800 MHz Linux Kernel: 3.16.0-49-generic Screen Resolution: 1366 x 768

I should add that this bug does not occur when composing a plaintext e-mail.
