Way too early to tell yet. Timing and activities at that level can't be determined until the list is finalized. So earlier that week (Oct 8?)

This is Canadian Thanksgiving weekend, and I would like to do the Pulse migration during this window.  I would prefer it to be earlier in the week, or the following week/weekend.

I'm filing the bug about the migration now.
