12050 - Links, forms and activeX don't work after search

Build:1999070614.  After running a search in Hotbot running the win32 build in
Win98, no links, buttons or anything else you should be able to click on works.
 The one exception is the menu bar at the very top of Hotbot's web page.  I
tried to view the page source but this results in a pretty spectacular crash of
Windows, but that is for another bug report.  I repeated this with different
searches and after rebooting my computer.

One bug based on layers, one based on divs, but this is the same bug.
