Description

The Contacts setting button will not function after sideloading the latest dogfood test build. The user will also no longer be able to view any contacts after tapping the "Settings" icon.

Prerequisites:
Contacts saved on the device before updating.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to the RC4 build.
2) Sideload the update zip to update to the dogfood test build 20150915152315
3) Open the "Contacts" app.
4) Tap on the "Gear" icon to open settings. 
5) Observe nothing happens. Now tap on any contact. 

Actual:
Settings in Contacts will no longer function after updating to the latest dogfood test build and it will break the ability to view contact details. 

Expected:
Settings in Contacts opens up properly and the user can still view contact details.
