I'm experiencing the same issue but on a different operating system namely Windows Vista.
Also, thank you for your hard work guys. Keep it up.
Hi Sergey,
-Could you try and reproduce this bug on the newest build of Nightly 45.0a1?
-If so, can you provide steps on how to access the msvcr.dll file and the function?
Thanks!

I tried Nightly 45.0a1 - same problem.
The is no scenario.
One time I open new tab and get 'Not responding' for Firefox window; Process Explorer shows 52% CPU for Firefox of them 44% takes _get_flsindex().
Next time, 'Not responding' causes when I press 'Allow and Remember' for flash player.

FYI: on same PC other browsers do not have the problem. Not only Chrome, but also Gecko-based Palemoon.

On PC with 16 Gb RAM the problem, even if there is, is not felt.
