* Rearrange things so it doesn't sound like Firefox sends large amounts of information to unnamed "service providers". * Stop mentioning Snippets and Tiles at the top level. These are just parts of updating the browser and tracking what parts are used, respectively. * Bring the Location Services thing to the top, since it is the only actual surprise in the entire document.

Thank you Mike. We need to revisit a number of our privacy notices and look at their structure. We are talking about that internally. I will loop back around on this bug when we have made progress on that.
