Image of described problem
Category branches drop out of view when fully tree expanded. Expected: scrollbar appears so all branches are viewable. Actual: no scrollbar appears, branches drop below viewable area. Repro Steps: -Edit->Prefrences... -Expand all branches (click on the plus icons) Note: When you collapse a branch then re-expand it; the scrollbar appears.
