Details

Take a look at any of the three tests for the box acid test.  On the "reference" test and the "double" test, the piece that should be on the bottom is sitting accross the top of the page.

However, on the "half-size" test, it is all jumbled.

All this worked on previous versions of Mozilla 5.  I just checked this out in recent versions of the M9 browser.  I am using the most recent nightly build which is said to be "M10" and it does the same thing.  Please don't break css compatibility!  My build ID is:  1999081711

The outer container doesn't size properly on the initial reflow. Resizing the
window makes everything snap into place.
