users reporting issues near conference room first floor by Thor/Iron Man/Hulk (HR area)

did a roam test and noticed dropping in the hallway by the bathroom of the first floor.

tracking bug:

noticed wap117.mtv2's lights werent blinking and I couldn't associate to this AP. gave it a kick and all LEDs came back online. I was able to roam that area without disconnecting now.

the AP by the conference rooms with issues is wap104. i spoke to sylvie brossard, and she's confident in using terminal and testing things for me since she sits over by that area. she has mentioned disconnecting and sometimes having slow bandwidth. 

showed her how to disable awdl0 and asked her to ping the local gateway. asked her to let EUS or me know when she disconnects or is having bandwidth issues as we werent able to reproduce any problems while i was there.

will check back with her on Friday.
