This is meta for TV Addon.
Summary: [TV][meta] Addon → [TV][meta] TV Addon

Concerns: 1. Make sure there is safe mode mechanism for TV users to remove Add-on when it cause problems. 2. How does user install Addon(s)? From Marketplace? 3. Need to make sure what APIs can Addon developer able to access. Partner need to open source for achieving this.
