Reproducible on: Firefox 43.0a1, Firefox 42.0a2, Firefox 41 RC and Firefox 38.3.0 ESR across all platforms

Preconditions: a Firefox Account and two distinct profiles

1.Launch Firefox with profile A and go to about:preferences#sync.
2.Sign in and install a few Featured themes. 
3.Initiate a sync from Menu Bar → Tools → Sync Now.
4.Launch Firefox with profile B and sign in with the same Firefox Account.
5.Go to about:addons -> Appearance and enable a persona.

ER
The featured themes is successfully enabled without any issue.

AR
“Restart” and “Undo” buttons that correspond to a complete themes appear for a short time for the enabled persona.


Additional notes:
- This issue is reproducible on Firefox 43.0a1 (2015-09-16), Firefox 42.0a2 (2015-09-16), Firefox 41 RC (20150914185908) and Firefox 38.3.0 ESR (20150916094008) under Windows 8.1 32-bit, Ubuntu 14.04 32-bit and Mac OS X 10.9.5.
- I am attaching a video recorded on Windows 8.1 32-bit.

This issue also reproduces on Firefox 38.2.1 ESR (20150826044534), so it doesn't seem to be a recent regression.

I am still able to reproduce this issue on Firefox 53.0a1 (2016-12-14), Firefox 52.0a2 (2016-12-14), Firefox 51.0b7 and Firefox 50.1.0 under Windows 10 64-bit.

Thanks, Vasilica! We'll talk to the add-ons team and verify the intended behavior of "Restart" and "Undo," since it sounds like Sync is getting in its way.
