This section should have a text scroller. Althugh the up and down arrows appear,
no text is visible

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to the page
2. look for the text in the main body


Actual Results:  no scrolling text in the main body

Expected Results:  it should have text

the page has this script among aother:
