I created an extension that has a popup, and inside a link to fire a notification when is clicked[0] After installed extension and clicked link nothing happens. Later clicks fire notification correctly. Browser console not show nothing. I tested this with latest-trunk and with developer edition, both has the same result. Hi Cesar, I suspect this might be fixed now. Can you re-test?

I just tried this in Firefox 47, and it works as expected for me. Are you still seeing this problem? If so, can you provide more details about your system?
This is a known bug on Linux. If you're on a different platform, please feel free to re-open.
