I think this is Akamai. In the past MOC has been responsible for deploying these. See bug 1131864 for an example. So I'm going to move this over to a MOC component but leave the NEEDINFO for Wes in case it really belongs somewhere else.

After talking with :jason it appears that we still haven't switched to a SHA-2 certificate for our CDN because product delivery is using that CDN, and IE6 does not support SHA-2. We will discuss how to proceed in our next staff meeting. Moving to the cloud ops queue.
