120609 - Autocomplete drop down list has white vertical borders on left and right side

Only happened since the past build or so, but when typing in a web adress and
the autocomplete drop down box appears, the scroolbar on the right (if enough
items for a scrollbar) isn't all the way to the right edge.  There is empty
white space right after.  Also happens on the left side as can be seen when
mousing/cursoring over adresses in the autocomplete list when they are highlighted.

I see it, too, on build 2002011703, Win98.  Only when typing in a URL and
getting the autocomplete dropdown.  If I click the dropdown arrow itself, I get
a normal list without this problem.

Still seeing the same as of the 10:29 build - maybe fix isn't in yet?  Don't
want to reopen just yet.

Looks like another prob with autocomplete as well that it doesn't want to
complete www:// adresses, but works fine for http:// ones.

just override it in autocomplete.css
