Seen while running on Z3 after performing an OTA this morning:

STR:
1. Running the build from yesterday - not sure which Build ID
2. Perform an OTA

Expected: Device would show something
Actual: Device shows no display

ADB Logcat is functional and is attached. 

Unless it is some kind of hardware failure on my device?

Maybe a dupe of bug 1206092? However the logcat seem different, at first glance

Actually, my bug is about corrupted IndexedDB, making the phone being stuck on animated fox screen. So, probably different than this one.

Restarting the device in various ways, including an adb reboot, achieves the same result - the phone is on but has a blank screen. I was able to see the battery percentage at 71% when I restarted.

The only way to remedy the situation for me was to completely reflash the Z3 with one of the older builds I had, and then update again by changing the channel to dogfood-nightly.
