Technically speaking, if you have no add-ons, the dashboard page (https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/content/addon/dashboard/) links to https://developer.mozilla.org/docs/Mozilla/Firefox_OS/Add-ons via "Get started now!" which satisfies it, but obviously there's UI consideration.
