This is unrelated to MDN. (Kuma is available on Kuma, Firefox and Gecko are open-source so they don't need permission).
But how can I access to the repository? if the link not is valid, Example: for command cvs log in folder mozilla "Unknown host cvs-mirror.mozilla.org." this is messenger of return.
(In reply to Jean-Yves Perrier [:teoli] from comment #1) > This is unrelated to MDN. (Kuma is available on Kuma, Firefox and Gecko are > open-source so they don't need permission).
But what are you trying to access?
If you are trying to download Firefox source code, you should use Mozilla, or browse it online using mxr.mozilla.org or dxr.mozilla.org. Not cvs.
This issue is still not resolved. The access is required for old SpiderMonkey (e.g. MOZILLA_1_8_BRANCH) source code, or is there another mirror outside sf? The dns no longer points to 184.108.40.206: can't find cvs-mirror.mozilla.org The Server on 220.127.116.11 is still listening on port 80 but cvs access is still refused. There is no other information available how to access CVS: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Developer_guide/Source_Code/CVS
Can't to view the tree of "mozilla-1.9.0" (Firefox 3.0). Also does not exist in https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Viewing_and_searching_Mozilla_source_code_online.
If you can't access the tree of Fx 3.0, it isn't a documentation problem. Please open a bug with Firefox. Once you have found it, we can add it to that page.
Saving time, move this bug to ask.
CVS has been shutdown. Please see this blog post about accessing archived data: https://blog.mozilla.org/it/2015/07/28/vcs-decom-status/
