Per legal and FF team, this document needs to be localized for the most active FF locales (downloaded, activation, etc). Per Tableau, the result from the past year: 
de, fr, ru, es, pl, pt, it, ja, zh, nl.

Due to the terms and expressions used in the document, legal team has given ok to allow l10n community to take on the task. If any of the communities above prefers to review the work done by an agency, let me know. I will coordinate the task.

Of course, if any community not listed here wants to localize their own, they have the liberty to do so. Do make sure the work is being reviewed by peers before it goes to production.

Production code push takes place on Tuesdays.

Clarification on the locales:
- pt is primarily pt-BR
- zh: both zh-CN and zh-TW rank high on the list with zh-CN higher.  It would be nice to have both versions.
- es: es-ES is very high on the list, and es-MX is also high. Let's have a "neutral" version so it can be used broadly.

Hi Peiying, do you have works done by agency for zh-TW? I am happy to review it, if not I am also happy to take this work. :)

I just created a pull request containing Aryx’ and my German translation of said document. Be aware that we are not experts on legal issues so if the whole about:rights were to be reviewed, this wouldn’t be a bad idea.

@Peter, so far we have no legal docs done for zh (neither versions for FF or FFOS).  I can arrange to make it happen. Just let me know your preference.

Once again I found we already localized "About Your Rights" in product (about:rights in Firefox), so I can simply submit pull request for this one. 

For other legal docs such as Mozilla Privacy Policy I'd prefer reviewing works done by agency, thanks.
