I ran into this problem on two occasions in the past two days: 1- calling my credit card company: i had to entering my card number and pin and it was really hard to get it to pick it up properly (had to try 3-4 times each) 2- calling Egencia: i was unable to enter the itinerary number using the keypad and had to read it out to an agent instead
I haven't had that problem in a little while.

We did have DTMF issues with one of the phone companies several months back... I must have missed this bug when I was looking for related issues after they got it fixed. Thanks for following up!
