120633 - NSS3.4 p12 restore doesn't work.

To reproduce:
Create a new profile.
Restore a p12 file.
No feedback is given that the operation succeeded, the certs do not appear in
the cert manager. Attempting to load the same p12 file again results in a "pk12
operation failed for unknown reasons".

With kaie's file available at /u/junruh/pippki.jar, copied to /bin/chrome, 
Win2000 allows restoring a cert, but not Linux.

What I'm seeing with Linux, in the Cert Manager.
1.) Click on Restore, a cert filename, then on the Open button.
What happens: I am returned to the Cert Manager, with no cert restored.

I think the problems you see on Linux are caused by bug 120856.

John, I'd say, this bug is fixed, because it works for you now on Windows, and
it work for me on Linux.

But we could retest this once bug 120856 is resolved. Adding dependency.
