Steps to reproduce:
Wrote a reply in the Mozilla support Forum. It didn't send, after two before it had sent successfully.
Actual results:
Reply should have sent. It was to the same person that the two successfully sent replies went to.

Could be a network issue. Just try it again and let us know. Possibly refresh your internet connection(disconnect->connect)

This certainly isn't a network issue. Internal errors are something on the server.
However, this bug isn't really actionable, since we can't tie it back to a specific issue.
